Nutrition Counseling - Herb Counseling
Many clients are interested in strengthening and healing their minds and bodies naturally with certain foods, vitamins, and herbs. As a graduate of Clayton College of Natural Health, I hold a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition, Herbs, and Vitamins. As a nutritional counselor and herbal counselor, I believe a healthy mind and body begin with you taking control of what is going into your body and choosing unhealthy foods and certain pills hinders your body’s peak performance.
An evaluation of your eating habits, teaching you proper portion-control about foods that heal your body, educating you on certain ingredients and food labeling are included in my nutritional plan. While breaking down common barriers of why you think you do not have enough time to get proper nutrition, I will also recommend, within reason, eating breads, dairy products, and your favorite foods.
While being aware there are many products on the market, as an herb counselor, taking in consideration any herbs, vitamins, and prescription drugs you may be consuming, I carefully personalize a cost-effective plan that is appropriate for your body.
Fueling and nourishing the body with healthy foods and proper vitamins and herbs allows your body to work at peak performance, therefore, giving your mental stability clarity. Along with your body performing at a new level and my intuitive counselor expertise, you will clearly see the connection to your past in relation to your present choices of food, your excess weight, your poor life style, and your consumption of prescription drugs.
